"I had 45 points and I spent $20, so I should have 65 points, but now I only have 15! Who stole my points!?!"

If your card is registered, each time you reach 50 points, the points will automatically convert to $5 on the card. As such, your 65 points have converted to $5 and a 15 point balance.

"I have 250 points on my Finale Card. How do I get the reward dollars?"

If you have more than 50 points, it means you have not registered your card. Please register your card and your points will convert to reward dollars automatically. Click Here To Register.

“How will I know when I get my birthday dessert on my card?”

On the Sunday before your birthday, you’ll receive an email (if you opted to receive them from Finale) that lets you know we’ve put a birthday dessert on your card. It will remain on the card 30 days from the date of the email, so visit Finale during that time to redeem it.

"I didn't get my birthday dessert."

There are three likely reasons why you might not have received your birthday dessert.

  1. You haven't registered your Sweet Rewards card, Click Here To Register. We are unable to retroactively add a birthday dessert to a card that is registered after the actual birth date.
  2. When you did register your card, you opted not to receive email messages from Finale. To change this, please go to CLICK and elect to receive emails from Finale. And please un-block any email addresses from rewards@pxsmail.com or end in @finaledesserts.com, from your junk mail software.
  3. If you are registered and you have opted to receive email, the email might have gotten caught in your junk mail filter. Please un-block any email addresses from rewards@pxsmail.com or end in @finaledesserts.com, from your junk mail software

"My birthday was 2 weeks ago. Can I still get a birthday dessert? Can't you bend the rule just this once?"
